Measuring ROI for UX
San Diego CHI Chapter Websense, 10240 Sorrento Valley Rd, San Diego, CA
June 9th, 2009, 6 pm - 8 pm,
Measuring return on investment (ROI) is a critical part of justifying an UX program within a company, or justifying the cost of UX consulting to clients. Regardless of whether you are on the academic or practitioner side of UX, it is important to know how to measure the impact of UX and influence decision-makers with numbers. Please join us for our June 9 meeting and listen to a panel of distinguished UX and marketing professionals discuss what ROI is, how to measure it, and how doing so can benefit your future UX activities.
Doors open 5:45pm. Please join us for dinner after the meeting for networking and drinks.
Parking:
You can park in visitor parking (marked Websense) directly in front of the main building (on the left as you enter), or in the parking lot across the bridge. Do not park in front of Samsung next door please.
How to find us:
Walk up the main building. Instead of walking in the front door, go around to the right (past the door we used last meeting) and enter through the patio between Websense and Samsung. Next to the coffee kiosk is a back door into the Atrium which should have a SandCHI sign on it.
